Mini club Session C Jan 10 - Feb 18

Students will learn how to care for their bodies in a holistic way, incorporating both movement and nutrition. Each class will have a theme such as Relaxation or Brain Boost. They will start class by learning basic yoga movements connected to nature and the world around them, including breathing techniques for emotional regulation. Then they will watch and/or participate in a plant-based cooking demo that correlates with that week's wellness theme.
Come dressed in clothing you can move easily in. Please either wear shoes or keep your feet bare. It's best to have hair pulled out of the face as well.
If you have a yoga mat or towel or something of that nature, please bring it each week to stand on.
Active participation in the plant-based cooking portion is completely optional, but if you would like to participate alongside the demo, please make sure you have the ingredients and cooking utensils out and ready for the week.
I love making plant-based recipes in my home, and I can't wait to share them with you all.
